This free initial service is to find out what the prospective client's needs are and introduce the services available and relevant to his or her needs. If it can be established that ELS can assist, an appointment will be scheduled to begin work. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO WORK WILL BE UNDERTAKEN WITHOUT A ONE-TIME PHONE CONSULTATION, FREE OR PAID.
This free 15 minute phone consultation is a one-time offer that automatically expires after delivery and is non-renewable and non-transferable; it cannot be substituted for a discount on any invoice or replaced by an in-person meeting, or discussion via chat or email.
If the free consultation continues beyond the time limit, the prospective client will be notified to make further contact with ELS by email or letter. If ELS is unable to reach the prospective client, one additional attempt will be made ten minutes later. If phone consultation still fails to occur, this free offer lapses and it will be the responsibility of the prospective client, if desired, to contact ELS. Any initial phone consultation thereafter will NOT be free. An invoice will be issued in the amount of €10 for prospective Standard and Contract Clients.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE COST OF PHONE CALLS (i.e. ELS' phone bill). NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE COST OF PHONE CALLS does not relate to the above charges for paid initial consultation and/or calls made during billed time. NO OFFICE SUPPLIES REIMBURSEMENT. NO PERCENTAGE CHARGE ADDED FOR MAINTENANCE OR ADMINISTRATION FEES.
BREAKDOWN OF TIME AND FEES:
ELS' published rates are based hourly. However, charges for services rendered will accrue on a 15-minute basis with a 5 minute grace period. For example, if one task takes 10 minutes to complete, ELS will invoice for 15 minutes; but if it took 20 minutes, ELS will still invoice for 15 minutes.
Or, if a service contract takes 8.36 hours to complete, which includes conference call meetings with Standard Client, ELS will invoice 8 hours and 45 minutes (€338 Standard Client rate - no phone charges). Review the table below.

ELS does however require travel reimbursement on net receipts. This means that for any and all travel to Client by bus, ferry, plane, train, tram, or taxi (within the E.U. or Abroad) and costs associated with any accommodations and meals, ELS will provide copies of receipts and invoice accordingly. |
